Even with bravery reinforcement, it's unlikely to score much more than a disruption. however, keeping it disrupted could give the AFV the margin they need to close witht he nashorn or seize the objective.
i wouldn't classify it as a serious threat, but it could have a marginal effect.

Not really, your Nashorn should always be behind one full hex of cover and if the enemy gets a spotter within 4 hexes of your Nashorn, you've lost so much control of the tactical situation that losing your Nashorn probably isn't going to change the outcome one way or another.
Even if they do get a shot off, 5 dice just aren't all that great. 31% chance of disruption, 19% chance of damage, no chance of being killed. If you can't kill a spotter 4 hexes away from the most highly defended unit you have in one turn, you've already lost the game. :)

This was mostly a tongue-in-cheek post. :D I know there are many factors to Nashorn placement and usage, but what I was alluding too was on a flat clear plain, the 82 is more powerful than my Nashorn at long range.

Why bother with unrealistic scenarios to complain about a percieved power imblance? You may as well complain that your Nahorn is completely hosed by Royal Engineers at 0 hex range. :D
