Just a simple tip that I hope some folks may get some mileage out of :)
For me there's few sights more depressing than a tank with a droopy gun barrel. It's a simple fix, but I thought I'd show a step by step of it for those who are a little hesistant in messing with their minis :D
If your tank has a droopy barrel (1), try the following
Take a 0 point cross head watchmakers screwdriver and undo the screw under the turret (2)
The gun itself will simply lift out of the inverted turret (3) - be aware some guns have a "right side up" (e.g. the Sherman does) , so take a look now for when you come to put it back together.
Take a tiny blob of blue tack (really tiny - you don't want any squeezing through the turret) and fix onto the top side of the gun at the base (4)
Reassemble (5) - being careful not to overtighten the screw (it's only threaded into plastic, and besides you don't want to lose your turret traverse).
Happy tank :p
I've got an image of this (hence the numbers) but nowhere to host the pic - if anyone want to see the pic or host the pic, please let me know.
