I apologize if these questions have been previously answered. I am relatively new at this game and need further clarification. My questions are:

1) I understand soldiers have defensive fire against other soldiers or vehicles who move from adjacent hex to a adjacent hex. My question is can vehicles provoke defensive fire from other vehicles moving from adjacent hex to a adjacent hex?

2) Can soldiers unload from a transport unit when the transport is disrupted?

3) Can defensive fire occur as a result of movement during the assault phase?

4) The person who wins at the end of 7 rounds is the person who controls the objective. How is control determined? Is control defined as residing in the actual objective hex or can you win by residing in the hexes adjacent to the objective? When vehicles and soldiers from both sides occupy the aforementioned adjacent hexes, is the game decided based upon the remaining points left on the board? At what point is the game decided upon based upon points?

Thanks.

1) Yes.

2) Yes.

3) Yes.

4) You win immediately if, at the end of turn 7, 8, 9, or 10, you have units adjacent to (in or next to) the objective and your opponent does not. If both or neither player meets that condition, then the game goes another turn. The game is decided on points only if no one has controlled the objective by the end of turn 10.
