I know this probably seems silly, but...
With a Defense of '1'
a single hit gives the RL a face-down disrupt
two successes would give it a face-down disrupt AND a face down damage,
BUT
double the defense (1 x 2 = 2)
two successes would give THREE face down counters - disrupt, damage and destroy.
Since two successes effectively destroy the vehicle, is there ever a situation where it can be damaged?
