Tournament - Australia, Queensland, BRISBANE

Hi all,

I am well aware that there are probably very few Queenslanders lurking on these boards, but as I'm trying to arrange an Axis and Allies tournament I thought it may be a good idea to post something.

As I said, I am trying to arrange an AAM tournament in Brisbane and hoped that I may pick up a few interested parties here.

Anyway, post a message or send me a PM and we can see what comes of it.

Feel free to offer any advice on actually running a tournament if you have any relevant experience.

I wasn't sure whether to run a 100 point constructed tournament or an 80 point booster tournament.

There would be a modest entry fee but that would go solely to the prizes, which at this stage will be set III boosters.

Anyway, let's see if we can get this thing off the ground.

hey buddy, yeah im interested im in NSW about 2hrs south of the QLD border where abouts are you at? if you hold this tournament on the weekend im sure i could possably talk a mate into going. id prob go a 100pts only for the simple fact if you go 80pt booster games you always get a mixed force both axis & allies. i suppose the question is when will you be holding this tourament.
