Universal Carrier + Bofors

Since both the Universal Carrier and the Bofors are vehicles for stacking purposes, I am assuming that the Universal Carrier cannot transport the Bofors because they can never be in the same hex together for mounting/dismounting.

Is this correct? If so, it doesn't seem fair. :(
