POLL: Destroyer/Submarine

I propose a rule allowing destroyers to eliminate
all submarines first strike ability in a conflicted seazone, but to only prevent a submarine from submerging on a 1 Destroyer-1 submarine basis.

But I would additionally like the 1:1 be for first-strike as well. But any benefit is better than none.

I'll go with a "YES". Subs did escape from DDs so DDs should not be able to completely negate all the abilities of the Sub.

DocD, it was only after reviewing the discussion on your proposal and looking for a compromise that I stumbled over this idea.

I'm all for giving subs a fighting chance, I just think that they are (and should be) vulnerable to aircraft and destroyers.
