I've come accross a difference concerning the placement of partisans on the corresponding stat-card and in the set 3 checklist/booklet: On the stat-card it says the unit can be placed in any unnociep hex ON THE EDGE OF THE MAP, in the booklet this restriction (ONTHE EDGE OF) is not there. Which of the two is it?
