Tournament tiebreaker

Steve, I know I read here somewhere what the official tournament match tiebreakers were, in case a tournament match exceeds the time limit and neither person fulfills the victory condition. I thought it might be a good idea to put a thread here for archival purposes. If I remember correctly, the first tiebreaker is points destroyed, but I would like to have the definitive answer posted for all to see.
