I just moved my PZKW-IV in behind a disrupted Sherman. Can the Sherman fire at me even though I am behind him. If would see to me that the obvious answer is yes (b/c the turret can turn even though the disrupted Sherman cannot change its facing).

The more interesting question might be what if it was a disrupted turretless tank killer (Nashorn, for example). Its disrupted and cannot change its facing and has no turret -- can it shoot me while I am behind it?

1. I have been looking over the manual and cannot find it anywhere.
Is the issue of "facing" and how it impact turreted tanks vs non-turretted tank destroyers addressed anywhere in the manual?

2. Which leads me to another question. Is a target unit two hexes away and to the side of a turretless vehicle considered "in front" or "in the rear" of the turretless vehicle. Since the target is 90 degrees to the left or right of my turretless vehicle, it is seems like it could go either way.

Not directly, but the rulebook doesn't place any restrictions on attacking based on facing. "A unit can attack an enemy unit only if it can see that unit" (pg. 19). Facing doesn't enter into it. The restrictions appear on specific Vehicle cards that change that general rule.
