Panzergrenadier (set 2)

Two small questions:

This unit ( panzergrenadier, set 2) has the SA mechanized tactics. Does this mean it can still move at speed one after dismounting or does it have to stay in the same hex? ( with the vehicle that transported it)

What's exactly the difference between a " normal" unit being transported and the panzergrenadier?

The Panzergrenadier gets to dismount for free at the end of all friendly movement. That means it can mount, move with the transport, and then dismount 'for free', all in a single movement phase. No other unit can do that. A Panzergrenadier cannot, however, dismount and then move in the same movement phase.
