View Full Version : Tokens for special abilities
Here are some tokens I created to use with A&A for the special abilities. there are Rockets, Armor piercing rounds, smoke and such, that can be loaded at the beginning of the game, and removed when a one time special ability is used.
There are also reusable tokens to represent when a BAR gunner has fired at a soldier and it cannot fire, and tokens to show which hex is ignored by Supieror Optics, or ignored by a scenario setup rule. The ones marked "special" are spares for future abilities.
They are designed to fit on 3/4 inch square gaming bases.
Enjoy,
Ruk

Pretty good stuff.
Print them on label paper and cut them out and stick them to Scrabble blocks.

Outstanding. Any chance I can use these for a A&AM VASSAL module?
If so, how do you want yourself listed in the Credits? :)

I just have one question. I say make only 1 or 2 bridge outs for Ive never seen it used and 4 hulking masses. I just pulled my fourth KV-1 :D
The image will fit twice on one page, so I suppose you can get more Hulking Mass tokens that way. The 2-fer was too large a pic to post here.
I suppose you could use them for a module. If you have Microsoft Visio, you could pm me an address and I'll email the original. The Gif displays all the words offset to the right, and my original has them centered correctly. Give any published credit to Brian P. May.
I used 3/4 inch Georgeo bases (about 21 for $4) and packing tape. I covered the printout in packing tape, cut it out, and used glue stick to apply the tokens to the pressboard bases.
Thanks,
Ruk

Don't have Visio, but check an export into .png format, it might not have the offset. If it doesn't, mail it off to baawa_knight@yahoo.com if not I'll correct by hand. Not a big deal, I only need 1 of each counter anyway.
Either way you'll get your props. :D
These look really nice. Thanks for putting this together!
