Official- AVHill to ship out pieces

Got an email today...
Apparently Avalon Hill will be shipping out 20 Grey Chips & 5 red chips to customers how have complained about shortage of playing pieces.

My biggest complaint is the lack of trays. :confused:

Followed by lack of unit pieces, i.e. Japanese tanks. :mad: :mad:

Then colour of U.K. pieces :mad:

Then lack of chips

I can see what they are doing...if you have the Europe or pacific, or even the older edition A&A, they know you can make due and improvise.

If you don't have either, then the chips will help.

Shortage of the chips would be the biggest problem, technically, for a group that has no other A&A game.

I would have still expected a better tray system.

No mention of that in my email though.

the change in UK color is my biggest issue. Very Lame. And the board should be bigger, but we fixed that. smile.gif

I got more chips than I know what to do with, plus they were the easiest thing to get without AH's help.

More pieces, a bigger board, and a double fold board were my big complaints.

Some of us arnt willing to drive 3 hours to reach our cabin to get extra chips from m...our other games...
