Quick question about combat...

Whenever you're attacking or defending, do you make a roll for each individual unit participating in combat, or make 1 roll for each group? For example, I have 4 infantry and 2 bombers attacking my enemy. Would I roll 6 dice, 4 for the infantry and 2 for the bombers, or would I roll 2 dice, 1 for all the infantry and 1 for the bombers, then count each successful roll as all hits from each unit?

Roll for each unit. In your scenario you would roll,

4 dice for 4 infantry attcking at 1.
2 dice for 2 bombers at 4 or less.

each sucessful roll is a hit.

Rolling Dice questions, isn't that fun! But remember, Per the OM & LHTR, "you must roll all like number of dice together."

What that means is no rolling one or two dice at a time for battles that included 10 like units...
