The hellcat statcard reads, among other things, high gear 2. When this unit makes it entire move along a road it gets +2 speed.
The normal movement of the hellcat is 5. Since the first movement along a road is free, does this mean that the hellcat can make a total movement of 8 or is that free movement already included in the +2 ( in other words, its maximum movement would be 7) ( along a road....). Which of the two is correct?
