Hi there;
I have one doubt and is related to the issue of the consequences of bombing raids. When I performed a bombing raid over an Industrial Complex of any player in the game:
a)Would he has to pay the penalty by giving to the bank the IPC´s (bills, money) he had already collected from his last turn?
b)Or would he has to pay the penalty by decreasing his IPC's income at the IPC´s collect/score chart.
