Sea Zones

Next Question. If Japan buys a transport and placs it in the sea zone around Japan, does it make a difference which side of the island it is placed on? The scenario we have is that the USA has long range bombers, so if it wants to attack the transport (which has been placed in the sea between Manchuria and Japan), does the bomber have to fly over Japan to attack it (using up movement and risking the AA gun), or can it attack the transport because it is in the same sea zone? :rolleyes:

That's all one sea zone around Japan. It doesn't matter where you put the pieces, they can be attacked without overflying the home islands.

No, it does not matter at all. There are no black lines to hold them back.

I have seen however a modification that has this, but the entire map is better balanced. Also becouse the map is twice the size of the normal map.
