Infantry units retreat

:confused: If i´m attacking an enemy by using land troops (Only infantry. No tanks) and i win the territory could i retreat any of my infantry units to an adjacent territory in the non combat movement or they have to stay because the only can move just one space?

You can't retreat any units othr than air units out of a newly captured territory - you can however move ne w units in
