I have a question for those who have played online. How do you play the game online when the two players have the CDs and one has dial-up and the other has cable modem?? How do you connect to play each other?? I was trying to do that with one person online, but for some reason, I could not connect with him at all.

The first thing you need to do is go to this site and get the patch for the game and install it.

I couldn't get the multiplayer to work at all until I got this. Then, I believe you can still do a TCP/IP game even with a dial up modem. Just get your friend with the cable modem to host the game and give you his IP address. Then make sure you are connected to the internet and use the Join Game option under TCP/IP. Enter your friends address and it should work. Just make sure that he has already started to host the game before you try to join it. You also want to make sure your friend installs the update patch as well. I'm pretty sure you can do it this way, but I at least know for sure you need the patch to get multiplayer to work at all, so that is definitely the first step. Good Luck!!
