Please tell me, if the following statements are correct:

I
White attacks red.
Red has cover.

II
red attacks white.
white doesn't have cover.

III
white and blue cannot attack each other.

IV
Can black attack red or blue?

V
what kind of terrain is brown?

Statements I-III are correct.

Black can attack red but not blue (LOS is blocked because there is an intervening hedge that does not form a border of either black's or blue's hex).

The terrain occupied by brown is clear, as far as I know. It represents a cultivated field, but it's purely for decoration and has no game effect. Perhaps it wall have a scenario-specific effect in a future scenario, but currently it has none.
