I was playing a&a last night for the first time in yonks and there was something my bro and i had forgotten.

When you take a territory can you move additional troops into it in the non compat move phase if these additional soldiers have not attacked?

Yes you can.

In the non-combat your can move all units that have not been involved in combat.
(mind you that AA are involved in combat wheter they have something to shoot at or not)

And air units may not move into this territory if just captured. They must land in a territory you owned at the begininig of your turn...
