No. But if you are willing to pay, eBay usually has a handful at any given time. Another place to check is boardgamegeek.com and search for Battle cry. There is a marketplace and traders forum. (The site is down right now though) Last time I looked (about a week ago), the BGG prices were too high on "good" copies. If you want it quickly, pay no more than $50~$60. If you have patience, you might be able to find a deal aroun $40.00.

In the area where I live, Twin Cities MN, there are game stores that have displays of games out of print. You might check that option as well. I did see BC up for sale once and it was sold quickly.
