If a vehicle is damaged from a previous assault phase, what does it take to destroy it on the next assault phase? Will I need to damage it again to have it destroyed when the casualty phase arrives, or will a disruption do the job?

Once the vehicle is damaged, another damage result in the next casualty phase would kill such vehicle unless the vehicle gets the cover save..

The first hit places one marker, and the first marker is always a disruption marker no matter what. A second hit causes a second marker to be placed, and the second marker placed is always a damage marker no matter what. The third hit causes a destroyed marker to be placed, and the third marker placed is always a destroyed marker no matter what. It doesn't matter whether the hits came from one, two, three, or more attacks. As long as they happened in the same Assault phase, they stack up this way.

So the second turn, your tank is damaged, so you need only 2 hits, one to disrupted it and the second will destroyed it (Because 2 dammage marker = Destroyed marker in the Casualty phase, a way to see it ).
