View Full Version : Interesting strategy employed in 3-player game

This is something that happened when I played a 3-player game (revised A&A) versus my two brothers. I was the Allies and they were the Axis.

Now, we were playing a minor victory game and the Axis takes over 6 Victory Cities. However, since the game has Individual Victory and Germany is far ahead of Japan economically, my "Japanese" brother decided to pull out of his victory city near a US-controlled territory so that I could take it! He did this in the hope that the Allies would be able to take back some Germany-held territories and thus make Japan more strong economically than Germany.

He ended up delaying the Axis victory, but Germany still won by far. I think it was a really interesting strategy.

lol, that is pretty funny. You should have got him mad and not took the city back- it would still be axis, and the germans would win by capturing another.
