You look at certain threads and they have stars on them but they dont have as many views or posts as other threads without stars?
where do the stars come from?
how do threads get more stars?
Posts or views?
and who puts them there?
thanks anyone that can answer this silly question ;)
Moderators?

Stars come from the rating of the thread; when in a thread use the 'Rate Thread' drop-down (second from end, just above the title).
It appears anyone can rate a thread, the number of stars appears to be the averate rating.

Something to debate? Here's a topic.
Thesis: WW2 was nothing more than a replay of the War of Spanish Succession on a global scale. Please support your arguments with documentation and sources.

Hmm. I'll go read up on the Spanish Succession then. :D
But documentation and sources, for the purpose of a Web debate, does wikipedia counts? :)

Um, the Fascists fought against the Communists just like in WWII only bigger. My source was "History" by The World.
