We use 2d10 to roll random events...a ten's die and a one's...
Here are 1-30
1 You gain 2 INF and 1 FGT in any one space that you own.
2 GIVE TO THE USSR PLAYER! Meteor strike in Yakut S.S.R. Lose three INF or one ARM in this territory.
3 GIVE TO THE UK PLAYER! Merlin strikes out in his sleep. Lose one naval or air unit in the UK sea zone.
4 You are accused of being a transvestite. Lose 10 IPCs to blackmail.
5 Your ball bearing plant is sabotaged. No tanks may be built this turn.
6 You gain one BB in the factory harbor of your choice (yours!).
7 TO ALL! Bad weather closes the passage around Africa until this player’s next turn.
7 An accident at sea sinks one of your submarines.
8 Gas shortage, your armor (and MIN) have a movement of 1 this turn only.
9 Gain 5 INF in your capital.
