HELP HELP HELP!!! :)

Someone please help me out here!

My son and I play many games on a regular basis and I just recently last month got AXIS AND ALLIES PACIFIC for us to give a shot, we like the other ones so we thought we'd give this one a shot too...

However, when I got the game home and opened up it was missing the cardboard sheet inside that has the round punch outs of the different countries flags!!! We have been using the ones from the other games, but they are not quite right and it is also a pain having to get both games out and swap pieces back and forth.

I have been sending emails to all the email addresses I can find this site, the wizards site, hasbro site, etc., for a few weeks now and nobody will take the time to write me back or help out. My wife tried to call some customer service number last week and nobody was able to get her in touch with anyone who knew anything about how to help. I just want to know WHO CAN I ASK TO SEND ME ONE OF THESE!!!

Please let me know what I can do so I can play this game correctly...

Thank yoU!

Just try calling them again.

My call with Wizards Customer Service for Axis and Allies Revised went something like this:

"Hi! I noticed that I keep running out of chips for Axis and Allies Revised, and I heard I can request some more chips."

"OK, let me get you in touch with someone that can help you."

(music)

"Hi! (as above)."

"OK, we can send you some."

"Really, wow!"

"Yeah!"

(various exchange of personal information)

"Also, I noticed that half my UK tanks are colored differently from the others, and that I keep running out of Japanese infantry."

"OK, we'll send you some of those too."

And they DID, at no charge.

I'm going to guess that your wife couldn't really make the call because she doesn't know about the game, and she doesn't know exactly what you want. I think that if you try Wizards Customer Service, you might get transferred a bit and have to hold, but that you WILL end up getting your cardboard pieces.

Just say they weren't in the box, and answer the various questions, and I bet you get it in the mail at no cost.

Absolutly, this should work just as npb has described.

Try the following:

http://www.hasbro.com/default.cfm?page=cs_contact

or:
custserv@wizo.com

and they should be able to work with you.

Good luck!
