One of your answers:
however, so no more than two attackers can Banzai Charge into each enemy hex. And any enemy units that aren't disrupted will get defensive fire.
So Am I correct if I do a Bonzai charge the sequence is:
1. I move into enemies hex
2. I attack
3. Enemy is not disrupted and can do defensive fire

No. The enemy gets defensive fire before your attack. If he lets you into the hex, you would move in, he would fire, you would attack (with penalty if disrupted). If he fires at you in the neighboring hex, you would declare the move, he fires, and you either stop in the neighboring hex (if disrupted) or enter his hex and attack (if not disrupted).

Hi Steve,
thank you for your answers. One more please. About Banzai disruption and stacking.
In hex A I have an imperial officer and arasaki rifle man. In hex B I have 2 Arasaki rifleman. In hex C is an vickers machine gun team.
It is the assault phase. Is this order possible?
Order1: Arasaki from hex A to C, defensive fire gets disrupted in hex A
Order2: Arasaki from hex B to C, defensive fire gets disrupted in hex B
Order3: Arasaki from hex B to C, no defensive fire moves into hex C and attacks
?

No. The Banzai moves are correct, but the Vickers MG can use defensive fire against only one unit per phase, just like anyone else. Its Double Shot ability allows it to make two attacks against that single unit (the second attack is handy in case the first one misses), but that second attack can't be reserved for use against a different unit.
Your main assumption, however, is correct. Any number of attackers can try to enter a hex using Banzai attack (one after another, as usual), but once two of them get in, the hex is stacked to capacity and no more can make that move.
