Rocket salvo

I, and everyone I know have played that rocket salvo (katyusha) keeps the Innacurate and bombard abilities.

Reading the post bombarment & rocket salvo-sniper just makes me confused. I humbly beg you to answer with a simple yes or no.

Rocket Salvo replaces your normal attack, but you still roll attack dice.

If you roll attack dice, it's an attack.

Bombardment affects attacks and Innacurate -1 affects attack dice, so they both apply to Rocket Salvos.
