Using these units will definitely add to the game. Using 5 should also keep them alive long enough to be useful. Be careful though, if they start showing up in bunches at tourneys they'll end up getting limited like the heros were.
Also remember bonusses don't stack so 5 ammo dumps doesn't give +5. But of course you knew that.
