Type artillery motercycle and cavalry couldnt be transported, unless unit had guntransport ability(for artillery) ?

Whats the definition of light artillery ? Since its clearly changed during time.
So whats the limit(beside prob no "large-unit") can fight from fighting platform.

One can look at the mortars from set I having no subtype, while all mortars light(Italian) or big get subtype artillery in later sets. And all antitank guns i remember have subtype artillery.

Anything with the subtype "artillery" can't be transported by regular Transport. It requires Gun Transport. The special ability Light Artillery, however, allows the use of regular Transport -- that's the sole effect of that special ability.

The Transport ability doesn't state anything about transported artillery being unable to attack. It doesn't need to, because regular artillery can't be transported by regular Transport vehicles in the first place. And currently, none of the vehicles that have Gun Transport combine it with Fighting Platform.

Fighting Platform allows any transported Soldier to attack. Light Artillery is still a Soldier, so it can attack from a transport with Fighting Platform.

The light mortars from set 1 can indeed be transported in any Transport vehicle. If that vehicle also has Fighting Platform, those mortars can fire. Medium mortars from later sets and the Brixia mortar all have the subtype artillery, so they can only be transported by Gun Transports. Because none of the Gun Transports have Fighting Platform, weapons can't fire from the vehicles.
