Hopefully the new release time (1/07) will be for real this time, but you might end up waiting longer than you'd like. :rolleyes:

I have to wait to Christmas day to open my copy. I bought it on release day at my LGS. My wife quickly hid the game in an undisclosed location. Why I agreed to this set-up I don't know! I am really looking forward to this one.

My copy will arrive today via the friendly UPS man . . . looking forward to giving this a Thanksgiving shakedown . . .

The rules and the articles have been great - looking forward to giving this one a go.

So this is where everybody went! Just opened my set, thumbs still numb from all the punching. Gonna lay in my bed and read the instructions. Funny, seems like a large box for so few army pieces. Anyone know yet if the game mechanics are biased to either side?

I met LH at GenCon this summer and ask him if one side was posting more victories during playtesting. He told me that basically the jury was still out on it.
I haven't picked up my copy yet, but from reading the articles, I got the feel that as fighters and bombers fair, so how the game hinges.

US forces have a slight advantage. If both of you dont know what your doing id say the axis are better.

Just got my copy in the mail! I'll try to record my thoughts as I work through it, but I might get too excited. So don't count one anything in the near future.

I think the production quality is pretty good. I hope the game is pretty well balanced too.
