AAE 2nd Ed Rules

Where can I get a copy of the Official 2nd Ed rules? The PDF file on the Hasbro FAQ website does not appear to be it. The FAQs reference a change to the Russn Grt Pat War (allied unit conversion) rule and that does not appear to be in their rules. I have also seen a reference on other bbs that destroyers offshre bombard at 2 instead of 3. Can anyone confirm? :confused:

Hey Lobo, can't help you with the copy of the rules, but destroyers bombard with 2 in the Pacific game. Destroyers still bombard with 3 in the other games.
