Origins Help!!!!!

I have never played AAP in a tournament setting. I will be going to Origins this month and am looking for advice, any advice.

Bids?, What to look for?, Who to be?, ETC. ETC.

I am not the expert at Pacific, but I do know you are bidding for the Axis (Japan) to give IPC's to the Allies. The Axis have the clear dvantage. Is a matter of fact, they could very much win in four to five rounds under the Victory point condition...

As the allies, you need to protect India...

I have seen the bid as low as 9 and high as 24...
