Thread migration etiquette

Who decides what threads get migrated? I ask because Marcus Aurelius started a [IMO] very good one about Torpedo bombers in the AAM milieu, but it hasn't come into the naval forum. If Marcus has prohibited its movement of course fair enough. Otherwise, may I beg that it be moved over here, where it belongs IMO?

If you find a thread on the original AAM forum that you think belongs here, just post a bump thread asking the mods to move it.

I've already done that for a couple WaS threads, and I'll do the same for any I've started.

Moderators can move threads. I don't mean to disrespect anyone's thread but I also don't want to search through pages and pages of threads to move stuff that's out of date or hasn't been responded to. If you think something needs to be moved just pm me with a link.
