hey AH...tournaments? , promos?...

you want this game to really get some legs and take off...

I hope you have planned a tournament system that LGSs can run...along with promo ships to be given out as participation/prize awards...and I do not mean ships that are already in the set with a different paint job...

those promos could and should be either...

1) - ship models that are already out WITH a different stat card...using another ship name in that class and giving it some other special ability...

2) - a ship that is not in the set...like the USS Lexington or the HMS Renown...

No LE figs please. If you have ever played a WK game, you find out why LE figs are a bad idea. With DDM and SWM, the promo's are repaints. I can imagine WOTC would do something different with WaS.

LE Figures could work in this game though, as there's no way to give a ship totally superior stats than what it's sisterships had without raising up a firestorm. Just repainted sisterships with the same or relatively the same stats could work.

But then again, that's what we're getting in Set 2, big whoopie. :mad:
