Yeah- this is a true "gem". Fun game! (catapult advantage is a bit skewed)-non-the-less this is still one of MB's greatest FIRST games!

BTW: DID you know Eagle Games will be remaking this classic game: should come out next spring or so! Should be good! ;)

Aye that is nice. Getting the original around $99 is great.

When CoTE is re-release by Eagle, it will cost at least $50 and probably more like their Civilization game which is $59.95,so this game is a great steal for a classic original.

Another game is thr rarer Broadsides & Boarding Parties, a rich game in detail, while quite simple to play out, in the pirate infested seas of the 17th. Century Carrabian (suprisingly the "Spanairds" are the not the 'bad guys", as popularly seen in Pirate flicks). Even Capt. Jack would enjoy the game, thanks, Pellulo

One of the last of the Battlemaster games, made by Milton Bradley was Fortress America, just a few years before the Cold War actually ended.

Early 21st. Century, the U.S.A. is under a mega invasion from Europe, Asia, &, S. America (it is never explained what happened to NATO).

The parts are:(unless specified, all parts are in good condition)
Game Board & Saddam Hussein cover for box
Instruction Booklet(has some writing on last pages)
Fortress America Reb. Chart(small amount of writing & some green paint on it)
1 deck good shape & still shiny, 30 Partisan Cards
10/12 dice (4 white, 3 blue, 3 red)
5 parts foam tray
10/13 lasers
30/32 Cities
only 47 Control Markers
18/24 troopers(blue, yellow, red, U.S.A., & Partisan)
12 Hovertanks for USA & Red, 11 Yellow, 10 blue
9 Mobile Units (only 8 for yellow)
9 Copter Units (only 8 blue)
6 Bomber Units (only 5 Red)

Unofficial parts, I added to give more balance to the game, in different kinds of fightning units( small die-cast, metal & plastic, larger scale than game stock):
3 missile/Self Propelled guns for each side(none for partisans)
about 4 Fighter Bombers/Hovercopter type units for each side(none partisans)
7 plastic units for Partisans with die cast tank

These units can be adjusted for more or less A./D. power, along with range, it is nice to have some jets in this game.

Also included another A.& A. releated game, Mid-East Combat, takes place in the 1980s. You need Axis and Allies units & Fortress America units to play it. Made by Tactics Unlimted, has a large soft board, setup cards, instructions, fast pace, interesting to play(Iraq & USSR vrs. Egypt & Saudia Arabia, Iran, & Turkey).

Any interest, send a message, serious inquires only, P.&H. depends if you want the game without the box, sent in the orginal box, or the more expensive, shipping the game box, inside another box. Paypal, postal m.o., or cashiers check only, asking price 60.00 ( S.& H. a flat 15 for USA), thanks.

about 17 1/72 scale blue scale troopers of France, Holland,&, Belgium
about 17 scale 1/72 scale green light Chinese troops
about 30 1/72 scale brown troops of other nations

Sorry to sound so dense ... but does this mean that you have a few parts to sell and that the game in it's entirety has returned to the land of the rising sun or that you have no parts at all to sell.

I have all five of the Original MB Gamemaster Series games. Absolutely all the parts are there and in many cases there are some extra parts that have been added from partial games that were bought in garage sales. Games have been in family collection since purchase. They are in great condition including the boxes.

Axis and Allies
Conquest of the Empire
Shogun
Broadsides and Boarding Parties
Fortress America

Send me a message and let me know if you have any interest in any of these games. I am willing to negotiate for them as a collection or individually.
