So if Line of Fire goes right down a hex edge to the target is it touching both the hexes just before the target or neither?
If both Grazing Fire could affect 5 hexes and up to 10 enemy soldiers.
Does Grazing Fire need actual LoS to these adjacent hexes?
If the target is in a Woods hex can it hit soldiers behind it?
