Howdy.

I'm a relatively new player and I've got two quick (and perhaps dumb, please excuse if they are) questions.

Firstly, a vehicle with a face-up disrupted counter is hit and the shot equals it's armour. What happens exactly? Does it receive a face-down disrupted counter or does the new disrupted counter stack with the previous face-up disrupted counter and result in the vehicle getting a damaged counter?

Secondly, I realize that a vehicle moving into, say, a forest hex from a clear hex must roll a movement test, but does a vehicle moving from a forest hex into another forest hex need to pass a movement hex?

Thanks.

1. A disrupted unit has -1 on its armor. So if the shot equals the vehicles normal armor than it would be two hits, disrupted and damaged. If you took into account the -1, then no the disrupted counters do not stack. It would only be a face-down disrupted.

2. Yes. Moving into a clear hex is when you don't need to make a roll.

A vehicle moving into a forest hex must make a movement roll, even if the movement is from one forest hex into another.

As far as the second hit goes - the vehicle is already hit so it's armour is equal to it's armour (on the card) -1. So a vehicle with armour 5/4 would now be armour 4/3. The second hit only has to equal 4 if from the front or 3 if from the rear to disrupt it. If it it is higher than that then the vehicle gets a new face down disrupted PLUS a damaged counter.
