Hey, I'm pretty new to this forum. I've been collecting AAM since they came out, and have just finally began to construct my armies. I'm slightly restricted with my available units, just because of the cost of minis/lack of people to trade with. However, I was able to create a 100 point German army that did fairly well...but lost. It goes as follows...
1 Panzer IV
1 Jagdpanzer 38(t) Hetzer
1 Wehrmacht Oberleutnant
1 SS-Haupsturmfuhrer
1 Mg-42
1 Panzerschreck
1 SS-Panzergrenadier
1 Wehrmacht Veteran Infantrymen (last man standing!!)
1 Mauser Kar 98K
Needless to say, things really went downhill when the MG-42 met the wrong end of a Sherman Firefly.

It might help, here is a list of my other available German units (it does not include the ones in my above army). I am trying to stick to a historical German army, by the way.
1 Panzer IV
1 Panzer III Ausf. F
1 Panzer II Flamingo
1 Nashorn
1 sIG 33
1 Sd Kfz 222
1 PAK 40
1 PAK 38
1 20mm Flak 38
1 Wehrmacht Oberleutnant
2 Sandbagged Machine-Gun Teams
1 Wehrmacht Expert Sniper
1 Wehrmacht Veteran Infantrymen
1 Light Mortar
1 Panzerfaust 30
1 Panzergrenadier (NOT SS!)
1 Luftwaffe Infantrymen
1 Grizzled Veteran
Any help, or comments, or even criticism, would be greatly appreciated!
Your build is pretty good considering the limited pool you have available.
You were rather unlucky with the rares you got...
The siG 33 and Nashorn are very specialized and fragile tanks that don,t usually fare well in 100 pts. builds.
I would try to include the Grizzled Veteran in there, he is the best hero in the game. Maybe by removing one of your numerous Anti-tanks units, since you already have two tanks that are very good vs tanks.
Unless you play with enemy forces with swarms of smaller tanks, you could try something like this:
1 x Panzer IV Ausf. G
1 x Jagdpanzer 38(t) Hetzer
1 x SS-Hauptsturmfuhrer
1 x Wehrmacht Expert Sniper
1 x MG 42 Machine-gun Team
1 x Grizzled Veteran
1 x SS-Panzergrenadier
1 x Wehrmacht Veteran INfantrymen
1 x Mauser Kar 98k
The best I could do was 99 points.
Two commanders was a bit redundant especially with a very small infantry force. I included the WESniper: Headshot will also help you with tanks and he makes for a very good support for you infantry.
This is just a suggestion that is influenced by my personnal preferences.
Tell me how it does if you ever try it.
Good luck & Have fun!

I like using the Nashorn, but it's (as was already said) a fragile tank that isn't usseful unless it's backed up by some tougher tanks. I find that flanking it with Panzer IVs works wonders.

Your units are extremely similar to mine.
Try this:
Jagdpanzer 38 (T) Hetzer
20mm Flak 38
MG42 Machine Gun Team
SS Hauptstumführer
SS Panzergrenadier
Pak 40 Anti-Tank Gun
Wehrmacht Expert Sniper
Wehrmacht Oberleutenant
Grizzled Veteran
Wehrmacht Veteran Infantrymen
Or swap the 20mm Flak 38 for your Panzerschreck if you put your opponent on an armor heavy force instead of air/infantry heavy.
Or ditch the armor altogether (making their anti-armor units much less useful) and go:
Squad Leaders:
SS Hauptstumführer
Wehrmacht Oberleutenant
General Infantry:
Mauser Kar 98k
SS Panzergrenadier
Grizzled Veteran
2x Wehrmacht Veteran Infantrymen
Wehrmacht Expert Sniper
Anti-Infantry/Air:
MG42 Machine Gun Team
20mm Flak 38
Anti-Armor:
Panzerfaust 30
Panzerschreck
Pak 40 Anti-Tank Gun
