I've read various ideas about making DDs and DEs immune to BB Extended Range fire, or harder to hit with it. Would the same apply to Cruisers?
I don't know a whole lot about the exigencies of WWII naval gunnery. I was wondering if perhaps it would make sense to penalize BBs for firing their main batteries at Cruisers, of if the people who are in favor of penalizing BBs would limit it to DDs and smaller ships.
