WaS--Draw the CAP

When using the Draw the CAP SA with the Devastator. Do ALL enemy fighters in the sector HAVE to attack the Devastator, or do they only attack it until it is aborted, which would leave other fighters free to attack other aircraft that turn?

They must attack the Devastator until it's either aborted or destroyed. As soon as one of those counters is placed, remaining fighters are free to pick their targets normally.
