Just got the shipment today. NOW I know what you guys mean when you gripe about the scale problem on the M18! That thing is HUGE! And the AVRE! Whoa! Very cool stuff... I'll be updating my sig as soon as I've sorted them all out (could take a while)...

EDIT: Why is the L3/35 SO DAMN SMALL?!

I thought the Italian L3/35 was another WOTC scale error, but I found a photo of one next to some Italian cavalry and the horses tower above it.

I suppose if the infantry you were facing were on an open plain with no cover and nothing more powerful than a rifle without armor piercing ammo it would rule the battlefield. :D

It looks like an escape pod for a real tank. "Sir our Tiger is on fire!" "Quick men to the L3/35!"

ROFL :D

Just what you need for a city commute. Or use it around the farm. Those cows will get herded or else! :)

You could deploy swarms of them from a MAUS.

What is the best tank made in your opinion? You have one tank to take into battle what would it be? What is your opinion of the M60? What tank is the best in your opinion from this era? (M60' era)

All around, I love the Panther. The M60 is probably the next best tank compared to the Panther. The Abrams is the BEST at the moment. Modern Soviet tanks suck. I've always like the other oldies like the Bulldog and the M48. I have two Bulldogs in my collection and there's a real one about 5 miles from my house.;) The Bulldogs get proxied for Soviet armor in games sometimes.

Stabilized guns changed to game to an extent. There was a few German tanks that had them and alot of U.S. tanks. The Abrams stabilized gun is crazy insane. I want an Abrams - a REAL one. Offensive driving, anyone?

I just compared my Entrenched Anti-tank Gun to its British counterpart, and have decided to NEVER WASTE POINTS ON THE 6-POUNDER EVER AGAIN!

The EATG has the same stats, plus "entrenched" for two less points than the same gun without "entrenched" and plus: the EATG is Canadian, which just makes it that much better!

An armored go-kart!
A sled with tracks!
It's a ridiculous unit. Italy needed so many much better important units and they got this!?!?

Wow so the easiest way to kill it is to shoot the driver in the head with your rifle? Now thats a smart design!

Chances are pretty good the Israelis have considered stuffing one into the back of a Merkava at least once.

No Israeli would defame his army by using the L3/35.

L3/35 =1935
1935 the thoughts and requirements had not matched the production capabilities of industry yet and car manufacturers were the ones producing these "first go" experiments in armored warfare.

Compare to Polish TKS 1930
http://tanxheaven.com/zbc/TKStankettezbc/TKS_002.jpg

or other light tanks of the period (with at least turrets)
British Vicker Mk VI 1936
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:Vickers_Light_Tank_Mark_VI.jpg

or Germany PZIB 1935
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:SdKfz101.jpg

Also Japanese 94 1934 (Japanese year 2594=European 1934). (the Japanese used last 2 digits in the Japanese calander until 1941 when the last digit was used matching the European (Japanese year 2601=European 1941)

Also US M2 Combat car 1935 (M3 Stuart with 2 turrets each with a MG like the Polish 7TPdw, Russian T-26A which were all based upon the UK Vickers design of 1928)

Now look at the Russians and French thoughts...and see how far ahead they were in their development.
Russian T-26B 1935(Chinese T-26 in Axis Allies Mini) Renault R-35 1935 which a least could destroy another light tank while the MG armed could not

Because some people want to run Carri Velocce (sp? my brain is numb) platoons instead of things like, say Rifle Companies or Bersaglieri companies.

I say those people have their priorities skewed.
