Hi Mike and Larry

Just wanted to say that from what I've read in Mike's articles so far, D-Day looks really good. I think you guys took a big gamble taking such a huge departure from the classic rules, but it looks like it will pay dividends.

I'm very excited about getting my hands on a copy!

I have to say it looks like exactly what I'm looking for in a new AA game (if I can't have my Advanced AA with everything, lol). Now that having lots of time for a long game is a far distant memory for me, this looks ideal! I hope it leads to many more AA Battle games.

I remember when I first read that Axis and Allies D-day was announced back in December. I ran downstairs and was like "Mom! Mom! A great new game is coming out next year!" After reading Article 8, I know that I wont be disappointed one bit. This looks like it could be the best board game of the year, if not decade! And we didn't even begin to learn about tactic cards and fortune cards yet! This game just seems to be absolutely great. This may actually replace Axis and Allies Europe as my favorite game ever.
