Well it's taken over six weeks and over $250 but I finally got my last ship today,U.S.S. Enterprise. I have them all now and a few to 'spare.' Hooray! How many of you out there have a complete first issue set? Come and celebrate with me. :D

I will have a complete set in the next couple days. I have multiples of several units and I expect by the time I am done I will have around 2000 points of AA Set 1.

Hi, I do not have them. Nor do I want them all. I am happy to spent $100 or so to get the ships, sub and planes for the two factions I will play the most often. Those are the United States and Japan. My neighbor is focusing exclusively on Germany. I have friends that have tohave one of every set of some games. I can't afford to do that as Ialready play four different miniatures games. Congratualtions to you, though play them in good health and may you win all your games. Or, as we say in the Navy, "Fair winds and following seas".

I completed "the set" in week one. As far as from playing the game since then...

I'm complete and have started collecting multiples up to the the historical limits on page 36 of the rulebook. Should have a Complete "Max Out" collection by summer.

I only lack one more Myoko (which is on it's way) to fill the historical limits on page 36. I have two Washingtons, but it is incorrectly listed as 4.
For others not listed, I've got most of them, but I'm not even going to bother with rares over 10 or uncommons/commons over 20 except DDs.
Check out my trading list, I trade rares for multiple uncommons/commons. :)

I was able to finish WAS and my Reserves set in the last couple of weeks thanks to some good traders here on the board.

I have completed my U.S. fleet. The U.S.S. Washington arrived Wednesday, the PBYs arrived yesterday and that gives me all the U.S. ships and planes I wanted. I am only missing the Tennessee and the O'Brien (and don't care about them). Two Myokos arrivred today. I have eight more ships (1X BB, 2X CA, 4X DD) and two Bettys coming soon. That will finish up my Japanese fleet. After that I will be more than happy and won't have spent more than $150 doing it.

I have two complete sets with another case on the way. I can sail Taffy One, Two , and Three with full aircraft compliment and destroyer escort without any proxies. Don't know the point value but I guess I could add it up one of these days.

All I need is the salt lake, then I have a full set. After that I will be looking for a few rares and uncommons here and there. And could use another 2 or 3 Zekes and Kondors.
