Hi Steve,

Maybe I missed sth somewhere, but it seems to me there's

A No unit limit in the ongoing campaign including obstacles ( that is the only limit would be the number of soldier points available or can you also still use wild points to build obstacles???)
B hence it is theoretically possible to build a HUUUUUUUUUGE number of obstacles, the attacker will never make it through........

Did I overlook anything?
I remember this very same fact was brought up before when obstacles initially weren't meant to count against your 15 unit limit. For the very reason I stated above, that was changed......

Thanks.......

Obstacles have always counted against your army limit of 15 units (see Commonly Asked Questions, Obstacles). I haven't seen anything in the campaign rules to change that, except the statement that players can agree to change anything they want. But if players decide to change the rules, then those players need to decide how those changes work.

I see now that this rule has been relaxed according to the Online Campaign Game Official FAQ. From this point on, all questions about the Online Campaign should be directed to that thread.

Well, I'm really 99.9% percent sure that when the D-day set was released obstacles were initially meant to count against your point limit, but NOT against your unit limit. You are correct that that was changed in no time at all.....Maybe even already before the set was actually even available in stores, but in the initial draft of the rules pertaining obstacles ( if there ever was such a thing), I really think it was like this...

Anyway, doesn't really matter. I know how it works in AAM normally and I've reposted my question and comments on the appropriate forum and will continue to do so in future!

Thanks anyway!
