St.Lo understaffed?

Should St. Lo have only 1 Arty in it at the beginning of the game? Seems like a pretty small garrison compared to the others...

I propose a conspiracy theory here.

My game came with TWO extra german Inf. Is it possible that the board has a "typo" and 2 German Inf. should be placed in St. Lo? Maybe there should be 2 Inf. silhouettes that did not make it.

Anyway, just a theory.

I was thinking similiarly! I proposed that since we are missing (at least) 1 German tank, but have 1 extra infantry (except Steve who has 2?)...there prob is a region that instead of had a tank on board (there are 2 lone German tanks in starting I think)...Maybe it should've received the infantry in one of them ONLY...this way, we wouldn't be missing a German tank or a British infantry (With British: you can just "take away" an infantry somewhere in the starting locations)-

I wonder if AH/Hasbro will come up with this "fix" since it is certainly easier to "ammend" the rules and starting locations than to send out extra pieces...
