Dallas /fort Worth Players

I was thinking of finding a place to hold a big get together in dallas area. i live in terrall thats to far east i was thinking richardson/dallas area even arlington anyone interested in playing post here plus need a place to meet and play at that has room ideas let me know. Maybe we can make it a monthly event but we need a good location any ideas let me know like to get it going in july sometime.

Volunteer hosts are usually great since there isn't an abundance of free public spaces that work well. I have used the community room at the big Half Price Books in Dallas before, but we only had one game going on so we didn't have to worry about needing a lot of space.

There's a wargamer group that meets in an office tower one Saturday a month as well. Yahoo group is DFWmetroplexgamers. Meeting up for games as part of that group might work best since you'd be hard pressed to have more than 10 A&A players looking to game on a particular Saturday I think.

i live in kaufman area.heavy gamer in junior high but only few of us.learned on tactics 2,then d-day.africa corps.franse1940.stalingrad.etc.dont think they even sell them anymore.anyway just seeing if anyone still plays these or maybe can play online.if you find out anything let me know.thanks

wargammer you can post in the dfwmetroplexgamers yahoo group, or post in the "North Texas Wargamers" folder on the www.consimworld.com message boards under "clubs and organizations".

As TrimChris stated we meet about once a month.
