A great idea but I wouldn't hold your breath. The easiest way to get a convoy scenario going is to buy/trade singles for multiples of the three auxiliaries in the set (create your own stats for them if you like). The subs and destroyers are common enough that you should have a sufficient amount after a few boosters. If not, buy/trade for them as well as a few Kondor's for good measure.

It took me awhile to get enough of them to use in a scenario. Now, I have 7 or so and can't wait to try the convoy scenario in the book.

The pack ideas are nice but not really conducive to a collectible game. Something like AT-43 or Battlefield Evolution yeah. I know that Heroclix has packs but it took them quite awhile to get to that point. I've seen their packs in stores but I never see them sell. Not sure if anyone buys them.

Built my own today, made five ships on and off over the course of the day. Must've took two and a half hours...
