This is going to sound bad,
I have played this game many times and I have yet to see a KGF strategy. Sooooooooo....... to all the KGF vets out there, if you could please give me the basic structure on how it's done.

Heh.. it's just so much more fun to go after Japan! You get to build IC's in Asia, fleet w US, spread out across the board... KGF may be the optimal strategy, but it's certainly not as fun.

I accidently KGF whenever I do. What you do is defend Russia at all costs, only gain land when you can hold it for at least 2 rounds. As the UK, build up and invasion force and invade Paris/Germany itself, but beforehand, as the US, invade Africa (ships can easily make it since it is 2 spaces away), but Africa should be a smaller invasion force if Germany isn't strong there. Also, you could use a large invasion force and get Italy at the same time. However, if you want a quick kill, amphibious assault Germany and if you win you get money and build up another force for counter attack. SBRs are good for this strategy too. Also, do not neglect the Pacific except with Russia, because otherwise Japan will become invincible. Well, thats how it works with me.

Yep! Had the seem feeling on A&A - Original Game.
But going for Japan there was... very hard.... :(

KJF as the US rocks... especially in Revised with 2 Japanese VC's to snag without having to go after the mainland. Russia and the UK then only need slap one VC off Germany in a "std." 9 VC game. ~ZP
